At Art World Fairs, we are thrilled to announce the winner of our contest for a stand worth €3,000: the extraordinarily talented French artist Yoni Lallouche, better known as YouNs. This recognition is not just about the value of the prize, but also about honouring an artist whose unique vision is reshaping the contemporary art landscape.
It is with great pride and excitement that we offer our full support to Yoni in this important moment of his career. His artistic journey is one of passion, innovation, and cultural exploration—qualities that resonate deeply within the art community. We are especially honored to play a role in showcasing his work at one of the most important global art events.
By employing lenticular art and augmented reality, Yoni Lallouche merges the physical and digital realms. The combination of these two techniques breathes life into experiential, sensitive, and cultured works. Through depictions of feminine figures, Lallouche offers more than just colorful portraits; he fosters genuine interaction between the artwork and the viewer through an active QR code linked to each piece.
Heavily influenced by Street Art, from which he retains a love for color, Yoni Lallouche began exploring digital techniques early on, initially through photo editing of his Pop Art works before turning to lenticular imaging, a process he has mastered comprehensively.
This self-taught artist, who has experience as an optician and carpenter, has contemplated the emergence of a new world dominated by AI: “Today, QR codes are ubiquitous— found on menus, event tickets, invitations… Their prevalence prompted me to make them more glamorous through my art. Thus, the QR code comfortably integrates into his collection “Chromatic Faces.”
In 2025, YouNs will present his works at Art World Paris 2025. This remarkable opportunity enables the artist to exhibit her use of lenticular art and augmented reality. Yoni Lallouche skillfully integrates the physical and digital dimensions, resulting in a vibrant fusion of these techniques that infuses his creations with experiential, nuanced, and sophisticated qualities. By portraying feminine figures, Lallouche provides more than mere colorful representations; he encourages authentic engagement between the artwork and the audience through an interactive QR code associated with each piece.
